Following on from the success of “The Black Experience” talk series, and in response to the feedback which requested further opportunities to continue process the content of the talks, Dr Roberta Babb is offering a 6 week online group which will be hosted by RESET MH.
This 6 week group programme will review relevant aspects of “The Black Experience” talks and help group attendees to begin to identify and process some of the issues that have, and may continue to contribute to their experiences of racial trauma, distress and stress.
Each week 2-4 people will be the focus of the group, and the group will engage in a group sharing and healing experiences.
We kindly for all attendees to have their cameras on during the group to help promote group bonding and cohesion and psychological safety.
Please note that although this is a therapeutic group (rather than a talk or workshop) it is not group therapy. Signposting to appropriate therapeutic resources will be provided should any group member wish require additional support or to take their racial healing journey further.
